Town Square Garden

Robin Pickens' Blushing Peonies line for Moda Fabrics was the inspiration to create a medallion quilt that suggested the curved petals of a large blossom as it opened.  The center block provides a large panel for a dramatic print.  The structure is reminiscent of a a town square which everything radiates from, with a beautiful garden park that unites the area.  This pattern uses Half Square Triangles to create it's symmetry and direction.
