Basic Color Theory Class

Come learn the secrets of color and discover how to make your fabric choices work for you. This color theory class will take the mystery out of choosing colors. You will learn how colors interact, how to create contrast and balance, and how to confidently choose colors that make your designs and art shine.

We will look at hue, value and chroma and why they matter.

How to create beautiful color combinations.

Learn warm versus cool colors and how they change mood.

How to use contrast to create movement and interest.

No art background or color expertise required. If you are a brand-new quilter or artist, or if you have been making art or quilts for years, you will leave with practical tools you can use and have fun in the process.
