Not Your Mama's Angels Class

In this casual class, we’ll stitch one block from the How Does Your Garden Grow quilt. Customize your angel any way you like—Christmas, fall, team spirit, or whatever inspires you. The creative possibilities are endless! ?

Supplies:

Basic Sewing Supplies (see below)

1/2 yd Light Steam a Seam

Fabric for background:

[A] 8 1/2" x 17 1/2"
[E] (2) 7" x 6 1/2"
[H] (2) 2" x 1 1/2"
[I] (2) 2" x 3"
[J] (2) 2" x 4 1/2"
[K] (2) 2" x 5"

Fabric for Wings:

[L] (2) 2" x 6 1/2"
[M] (2) 2" x 5 1/2"
[N] (2) 2" x 4"
[O] (2) 2" x 3"
[P] (2) 2" x 2"

Fabric for collar and arms:

2 1/2" x 5 1/2"

Fabric for eyes and all applique pieces:

Basic Sewing Suppies:
Sewing machine w/electric cord & foot pedal
Rotary Cutter (45mm is great)
Thread
Snips or little scissors
Seam Ripper
Heat Resistant straight pins (longer is better)
Fabric marking pen or pencil
Post-it notes & writing utensil

1/4" sewing foot (if you have it)
Long Quilting Ruler; we suggest 5" x 24" Omnigrid Edge Ruler

Cutting mats are provided.

Requirements:

Cancellation Policy Thank you for signing up for a class at Not Your Mama's Quilt Store. Due to the high number of late-notice cancellations, our cancellation policy has been updated: All refunds are provided in the form of store credit. In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund* in store credit. If you cancel 4 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 3 day cancellation. *If you paid for a class via PayPal or Credit Card and later need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover service fees charged by PayPal and the credit card processing company.
