Make a cute little cosmetic/travel bag or sewing bag. Useful zipper top bag. Structural stays keep it in shape. Lots of pockets on the inside keep everything organized. We will make the LARGE bag in class (9” wide x 7” deep x 7” tall)

Coordinating thread (you will be quilting the outside so it will show
Walking foot for your specific sewing machine
Acorn glue
Thread to hand sew bottom. Choose color to match bottom fabric
Hand sewing needle
Walking Foot for your specific machine
Disappearing Ink fabric pen (or iron away)

Class prep:

Precut all fabric according to pattern instructions on pg. 1.
Label all pieces. There will not be time to cut or prep in class.
Fuse bag body pieces (2) as instructed on page 2 of pattern. Each foam rectangle has 1 outer fabric and 1 lining fabric, fuse together.

Sewing machine w/ electric cord & foot pedal
Sewing machine manual
Sewing machine needles
Spare empty bobbins
Rotary Cutter (45mm is great)
Thread
Scissors & Snips
Seam Ripper
2 Rulers (at least 6” x 12” and 5” x 24”)
Heat Resistant straight pins (longer is better)
Flower Head straight pins (heat resistant is best)
Fabric marking pen or pencil, disappearing
Clover fabric clips
Post-it notes/note pad & pen/pencil

Cancellation Policy: Thank you for signing up for a class at Not Your Mama's Quilt Store. Due to the high number of late-notice cancellations, our cancellation policy has been updated: In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund*. If you cancel 4 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with less than a 3 day cancellation. *If you paid for a class via PayPal or Credit Card and later need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover service fees charged by PayPal and/or the credit card processing company.
