If you paid for a class via PayPal or Credit Card and later need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover service fees charged by PayPal and the credit card processing company. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservation/supply fee is $20; the rental fee is $35 an hour. To reserve your space, there will be a $20 deposit at time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and includes the cost of thread for 1 quilt. Additional quilt thread is $5 per quilt. Please don't bring your own thread. We will not use it for your quilting project. Our machine is particular and does not like to change thread brands.

Digital Design or Free Motion

Rate per hour is $35 for Free Motion or digital Edge to Edge only. Custom digital is not available at this time.

This reservation time is for one customer only.  An additional customer requires a separate reservation time.

Customer provides batting. 10% discount if batting is purchased from us for longarm rental - Quilters Dream

Maximum quilt width 96", length not limited

In a typical day we can complete 3 lap size quilts, 2 full/queen size or 1 king size. This is a good estimation and may vary to more or less time. We will not load another quilt after 3:30pm

How to prepare your quilt:
- The backing fabric should be at minimum 4 inches longer than the quilt top on all four sides. 
- The batting should also be at minimum 4 inches longer than the quilt top on all four sides.
- The backing should be ironed to remove all deep creases. For example, the fold from being on a bolt.
- If you pieced the backing, it is best to iron the seam open. If sewing together two selvage ends, it is best to make the seam 1 inch. Leaving the selvage on the non-seam edges is always best - it gives us a straight edge to load the backing onto the frame.
- You can save time at your rental by making sure your backing fabric is squared. Again, leaving the selvage on the non-seam edge of your backing is always appreciated!
