Edge-to-Edge Longarm Services
Your quilt top is finally all pieced and ready to be quilted! Stop by our store to show it off - and then drop it off to get it quilted!
We offer edge-to-edge quilting for $.025 per square inch. (We are not able to offer custom quilting at this time.)
Prices:
Quilting: $.025 per square inch ($40 minimum)
Thread per quilt: $5
Optional services:
Using a different bobbin color from the top thread color: an additional $5
Optional variegated thread: an additional $5
Piecing backing or batting: $10 per seam
Quilt Trimming after quilting: $10
Batting:
Customer provides batting. If you purchase your batting from us at the time of drop off, you will receive a 10% discount on your batting! We offer Quilters Dream batting in various sizes and lofts.
Maximum quilt width 96", length not limited
How to prepare your quilt:
- The backing fabric should be at minimum 4 inches longer than the quilt top on all four sides.
- The batting should also be at minimum 4 inches longer than the quilt top on all four sides.
- The backing should be ironed to remove all deep creases. For example, the fold from being on a bolt.
- If you pieced the backing, it is best to iron the seam open. If sewing together two selvage ends, it is best to make the seam 1 inch. Leaving the selvage on the non-seam edges is always best - it gives us a straight edge to load the backing onto the frame.
- You can save time at your rental by making sure your backing fabric is squared. Again, leaving the selvage on the non-seam edge of your backing is always appreciated!

| Requirements: | DO NOT bring your quilt pinned or basted to the backing or batting. The quilt top, batting & backing should be three separate pieces. The batting and backing MUST be at least 4" larger than the top on all 4 sides. Please have your backing fabric and quilt top ironed ahead of time. |
