A beginner friendly class! Learn prep your Cielo pattern for cutting and sew your blouse together.
In this class you will learn to read a pattern, cut out the pattern in your size, sew your blouse together and give it a custom finish that you won't find at a store. Cielo pattern available here.

Class prep:
You must pre-wash AND iron your fabric prior to class. This will allow any shrinkage to take place before making your blouse. If you don't pre-wash and iron your fabric, the blouse may shrink after you've made it and will not fit as desired.
Please have your pattern purchased (and/or downloaded) and ready to use prior to class. If you purchase the plus-sized .PDFs and need help printing or laying out the pattern, please call us to set up a time to meet with you. Ages 15+ Must know how to operate your sewing machine without assistance and general sewing terminology. This class will not teach you to use your machine.

Sewing Machine, thread, needles, bobbins, etc...
Basic sewing supplies (seam ripper, snips,
Long length heat resistant straight pins
Rotary cutter or Sewing Shears (these must be sharp!)
Fabric marking pen
Measuring Tape

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for signing up for a class at Not Your Mama's Quilt Store. Please make note of our Cancellation Policy.
In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund.
If you cancel 4 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable.
If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with a 3 day cancellation.
