Tear-away stabilizer (Sulky Tear-Easy, 8" x 11 yds Available in store
30wt Black Thread- Sulky (available in-store)
New sewing machine needle, loaded in machine (sz 70, preferably microtex) Available in store
Sewing machine & manual*
Black bobbin thread
90/14 topstitch needle
Open-toe foot (necessary)

The beautiful sample you will be making in class will be a portion of one block, containing a quarter flower and a butterfly.
*Machine must have one of these stitches: zig-zag, blanket stitch, satin stitch, button-hole stitch
