Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for signing up for a class at Not Your Mama’s Quilt Store. Please make note of our cancellation policy.
- All refunds are in store credit.
- In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund* in store credit.
- If you cancel 4 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable.*
- If you cancel 3 days or less prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited. Transfer to another class is not available with a 3 day or less cancellation.*
If you registered and paid for a class online via PayPal or Credit Card and later need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover service fees charged by PayPal and the credit card processing company. Thank you for your understanding.
Class over lunchtime? Feel free to bring a lunch or take a break to grab takeout at one of the neighboring restaurants in our plaza.

Beginner Quilting 101
You have a sewing machine and you're ready to make something! Join this class to learn about the art of quilt making! Start by learning to read a pattern, learn what different fabric cuts are called, how to cut your fabrics with precision and how to pull it all together to make a quilt top. If you don't finish this quilt top in class, you'll be able to finish it at home with just a few more seams. Yep! You'll make a quilt top in just one day!

There is no pressure for perfection, everyone works at their own speed on their own project. This is a FREE club and open to anyone who enjoys the tradition of slow-sewing and friendships.

Quilters and sewists! You don't want to miss this DeStash event hosted by Not Your Mama's Quilt Store! We will have 50+ people set up to sell their "over stash" of fabric, notions, patterns and sewing machines. Some of the local quilt guilds will also have their raffle quilts there to see and purchase raffle tickets. You will find bargains of all prices and sizes. Quilt kits, retired fabric, current fabric, thread, tools and more. This is a FREE event to attend and is hosted outside in the parking lot. Bring your own shopping bags and cash.
